I love the idea of Brightbox and know that delivery is slow and not your responsibility, but I am disappointed it hasn’t arrived at its destination. I had purchased and had it shipped on 11/30 as a gift to my cousin who is experiencing sadness from her mom having passed on. I hope she gets this Christmas cheer package soon.
